Dolce Cafe's Authentic
Italian Roots
Dolce Cafe II is owned by
brothers Michael and Giuseppe Budetti. Their mother and
father were both born in Avellino, just East of Naples in
Southern Italy. Spending time in the kitchen as they
grew up, the two brothers learned the art of Italian cooking
from their mother and grandmother.
After spending years
working in restaurants and pizzerias, the two brothers set out
to open their own restaurant, one that offered wonderful food
with a family atmosphere.
Today the brothers can be
found at their family restaurant, Dolce Cafe II, making their
signature thin-crust Italian style pizza. Enjoy a taste
